If you have submitted an order online or by telephone or fax, please contact us as soon as you can to determine whether your order can be changed or canceled.
Wood that has been custom milled to your specifications cannot be canceled or accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your custom milling order.
After receipt of sales invoice, full payment is required within seven days, upon which Atlantic Fine Woods will ship the requested product(s) within five business days. Please note that if payment is not received within thirty (30) days, the order will be cancelled.
